How we handle your data

Omilos Group Limited (UK Company No. 17255932) is the data controller for this site. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), reference ZC179572.
What we collect
If you use our contact form or email us, we collect the name, email address, the company/area and enquiry type you select, and the message you provide. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details only to respond to your enquiry and route it to the right company in the group. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and taking steps at your request before entering an agreement.
Who we share it with
Contact-form submissions are captured and delivered to us using Netlify, our hosting and form processor. Where your enquiry concerns a specific member company, we pass your details to that company to reply. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising, analytics, or other non-essential cookies, so there is no cookie banner to click through. Our fonts are served from our own domain, not a third party. If we ever add analytics or similar, we will ask for your consent first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to our use of it. To do so, email hello@omilosgroup.com. You also have the right to complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
